Luke from Old Trafford had recently bought his property and discovered that the previous owners had left a large amount of rubbish in the loft. He needed a straightforward solution to clear the space and turn it into practical storage.

We carried out a full loft clearance and installed a complete loft access and storage setup, all in just 1 day.

What we did

We started by carrying out a full loft clearance, removing all rubbish left in the loft by the previous owners.

To keep the home clean during the work, we sheeted up from the front door through to the areas surrounding the loft hatch. This helps protect flooring and keeps the process tidy from start to finish.

We then installed a raised loft floor, along with a new PVC insulated hatch, aluminium ladder, and loft light to create a clean, safe, and accessible storage space.

For loft clearance jobs, we typically arrange a skip and have the waste removed the same day, so customers get an easy, hassle-free transition and can start using their loft space straight away.
