Make space before you make upgrades. Our loft clearance service removes old boxes, insulation offcuts, broken suitcases and “we’ll-deal-with-it-later” clutter—safely, quickly, and responsibly. We sort, bag and carry everything down with floor/banister protection, then dispose or recycle with licensed waste partners so your loft is ready for boarding, insulation, or a fresh start.

Loft clearance done properly
Clearing the loft is the first step to getting real use out of it.
We sort, bag and remove years of “we’ll-deal-with-it-later” clutter—old boxes, broken suitcases, deflated decorations, scrap timber and insulation offcuts—so you’re left with a clean, safe space ready for boarding or fresh insulation.
Floors and banisters are protected on the way down, dust is controlled, and we sweep and wipe the hatch area before we leave. Anything reusable is set aside if you want to keep it; the rest is taken away by licensed waste carriers with recycling wherever possible. We can also lift and dispose of degraded insulation, then photograph the loft so you can see exactly what’s been done.
If we spot signs of damp, pests, or wiring that needs attention, we’ll flag it and advise next steps. (Suspected asbestos or hazardous materials are paused and referred to specialists.)

Will it be warm and weather-tight?
Yes. We fit high-performance units with insulated collars, correct flashings for your roof type, and energy-efficient glazing. That means low draughts, strong rain resistance, and better overall thermal performance.
How long does installation take—and how disruptive is it?
A single roof window typically takes about a day once access is set up. We protect walkways, manage dust, finish the interior neatly, and remove all waste the same day whenever possible.
